This morning, it’s cold here on the farm. We got snow yesterday, and while it wasn’t much – just enough to sugar the grass – it’s sticking around because of the clear air and cold temperatures.
Today, P and I will walk up the mountain and talk about driveways for the timber frame lodge.
I will sketch out some ways to make financial progress so that the barn can be built soon.
I have a flower garden to plan and more vegetable seeds to order.
And over on my writing blog, Andilit, I’m asking for some help in envisioning my dream library at the lodge.
It’s a quiet day – Meander is still asleep, and I’m about to make some hot biscuits for the day. . . it’s a perfect Sunday, snow-covered daffodils and all.
Happy Sunday, everyone.
