Super Powers Mander
I call Meander, Super Pup and Super Mander Pander.
So Philip took this picture of her in her most superhero like pose. 
Her powers include the ability to chew through most anything, to clear a room with a silent stinkbomb, and to cute people into almost anything with her droopy ears and upturned eyes.
Apparently, she also shoots lasers.
